Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

By using Rent-a-Bot, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You can lose money. Automated trading bots can and do lose money. Past performance of any strategy, preset, or bot is not indicative of future results.
Crypto markets are volatile. Token prices can drop to zero. Liquidity can disappear instantly. Rug pulls, exploits, and market manipulation are common in decentralized markets.
Bots execute autonomously. Once a bot is funded and running, it will execute trades based on its strategy without manual approval for each trade.
No guaranteed returns. We make no promises, representations, or guarantees regarding profit, returns, or performance of any kind.
Solana network risks. Transactions may fail, be delayed, or incur unexpected fees due to network congestion or outages.
Smart contract risk. Interactions with on-chain programs carry inherent risk of bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior.

Rent-a-Bot is a software tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations. Strategy presets (Safe, Balanced, Aggressive) are labels describing risk parameters, not recommendations.

Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. By using Rent-a-Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the use of cryptocurrency trading platforms is legal in your jurisdiction.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and API credentials.
You are responsible for all trades executed by bots you rent and fund.
You are responsible for understanding the risks of each strategy preset before selecting it.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on trading profits.
Do not fund a bot with more SOL than you can afford to lose.

Wallet & Funds

When you fund a bot, SOL is sent to a dedicated bot wallet. This wallet is encrypted and managed by the platform.
You may withdraw remaining funds at any time via the dashboard.
We do not custody your main wallet. We never have access to your wallet's private keys. Connection is read-only for authentication.
Rental payments are non-refundable once a bot has been activated.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Bots may be paused or stopped during outages.

Paper Trading

Paper trading uses simulated trades with live market data. No real funds are at risk. Paper trading results do not reflect actual trading performance and should not be used as the basis for real trading decisions.

Privacy

What We Collect

Wallet address — used for authentication and linking rentals to your account.
Rental and trade data — bot activity, trade history, and performance metrics.
Usage data — page visits and feature usage for platform improvement.

What We Don't Collect

Your name, email, phone number, or personal identity.
Your wallet's private keys or seed phrase.
Data from other wallets or applications.

How We Use Your Data

To operate the platform and execute your bot rentals.
To display your dashboard and performance metrics.
To improve the platform's strategies and features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used for platform improvement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent-a-Bot and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Trading losses incurred by bots rented through this platform.
Errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior in bot strategies.
Network failures, transaction failures, or Solana blockchain issues.
Unauthorized access to your wallet or credentials due to your own security practices.
Any third-party actions including but not limited to rug pulls, exploits, or market manipulation.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.
